Nice question)) One generous person gave me that advice: if you want to keep the makeup safe use "kneaded eraser" (used for pastels removal when doing faceups, looks like that: [link])
So I applied a bit of that eraser to the back of moustache, and voila! The moustache itself is made similar to this wig: [link], the hair is glued to the tulle.

If you want to apply the facial hair permanently use PVA white glue, it holds much stronger but can be peeled off together with makeup if pulled hard.

oh wow! I never thought of using a kneaded eraser in that way. Thank you very much for the information, I hope to be able to use the advice very soon

Me too but Simon's face was saved by that advice! Repainting him is a pure tragedy as his head requires a layer of primer, a layer of basic paint and only after that the makeup.
Hope it would work for your project too!

I sculpted his head, I made his wig, clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. so the body is the only part I didn't make.
