Natalie - prototype for casting by scargeear Natalie - prototype for casting by scargeear
My second BJD head. Hope to cast it at DollShe craft, as I did with Thomas.
The sculpture is covered with primer to smooth out the surface.

You are one of the very few who actually got her likeness perfectly!! Absolutely beautiful job! Question… when you send them out for casting, does the casting house create the cut in the skull and add the flanges and keys, etc., or do you create all that before you send it?

Thank you very much!
I've heard that once an individual Minimee order was made for Natalie, but I newer saw it though I searched. Have you seen it?
Apart from that I know of Tonner dolls only, and :iconnoeling: repaint is the best one.
Do you know of other heads?

When I send the prototype to DollShe craft for the casting I fully prepare it, including the surface priming, and except for the pouring gates and dividing membranes in the eyes and in the neck hole. They just add that and cast.

You're very welcome. You are very talented!
Trevor Grove did one: trevorgrove.deviantart.com/art…
and I saw another sculptor do her on DA, but I can't seem to find it right now.

Thanks for the info on DollShe. Good to know!

Thank you very much for the compliments, and for the link too!
What I see is our Natalies are very different despite all the similarities. That's so strange! :la:

That primer does a lovely job.  I love her strong chin!
