Well, the BJDs are like a Lego kit, in a sense. An owner can buy a head from one manufacturer, a body from another one, so as wig, eyes, jointed hands, etc. I can't tell you the cost of a whole doll because it greatly depends. I can give you only very approximate range: the body may cost you 200-500 USD + shipping, if you want jointed hands add another 120-150 USD or so, eyes are about 15-20 USD, wigs are about 10-25 USD, faceup cost greatly depends on the artist, etc.
I sell the blank heads only, please find all the info here: [link]

I see, it's expensive, but it's worth it. Thanks a lot for your detailed and superuseful reply!
How long time does it take you to make a head like that? It really looks great! I have a friend who would die to have him x3
Well, the time spent greatly depends on the sculpting method I use: those two heads were made differently. Also sculpting Sephiroth was much easier technically than Loki because Sephiroth is a 3D art and Tom Hiddleston is a real person.
Looking at your website, I really regret selling my SD boy ;.; /should've sold the MSD instead
