Where on earth did you get that belt buckle? It looks really cool.
I notice that above the comment box it says "Advanced Critique Encouraged". I don't have much to say (and indeed, my "critique" applies to this piece so loosely that it is basically subjective), but I question whether this belt indeed fits the elven boots you made. There is no problem with the colors, but that scalloped belt that you put on the main belt is too symmetrical. If you look at most elven artifacts (at least in the lord of the rings movies), the elves rarely incorporate 2D symmetry into their art, as it does not naturally occur. They do, however, implement plenty examples of radial symmetry in 3D structures and objects, but even then the objects of covered in incredibly intricate details. I loved the bag and the boots that you made, but I think that this belt could have used a bit more effort.
But then again, I love making stuff that is replete with carved reliefs, so that may just be my personal preference.
