A tiny house for Manuna Mouse - 04 by scargeear A tiny house for Manuna Mouse - 04 by scargeear
Manuna is going to "Modna Lyalka" doll exhibition in Kyiv on 12-14 Apr 2013: [link]
The mouse is tiny and the booth is huge so I decided to make an environment for her.
The progress pics are here: [link]
Everything is made by my hands.
Time spent: two months of almost everyday work.
Materials: too much to list.
Manuna is an OOAK artist doll, more info here: [link]

I bet you could make a really great stop motion film with her and her house, and whatever other dolls you made.

Reminds me of the Wind of the Willows, it's like a little fairytale.

That's great! I'd love to see a mister Toad. Getting him a good auto-mobile will be tricky though!

Did he have a car in the story? I've heard that he had some issues and even was imprisoned. I suppose my Toad will be more like a prudent philistine))

The main thing about mr. Toad is that though he's generally a good fellow, once he gets obsessed over something he becomes a danger to himself and others. He's extremely vain and loves to brag. In the story, he is completely taken by the view of a car. The speed, the noise, the shiny shapes... He buys one and keeps scaring the hell out of everyone in the village with it, driving it around like a maniac. His friends try to intervene but he won't listen (well, eventually he does, but it takes a good long while)... So if you're really going for the Willows thing I think it's inevitable to get your toad a car :P Of course you could just make your own version of him. Depends whether you really want people to see the reference or not. Good luck anyway! :)

Poor Mr. Toad, he definitely has issues!))))) I'd prefer to make my own character because Mr. Toad form Willows is not a good behavioral example
